The Location
Sea Sky Villas has over 20 luxury villa rental options for self-catering accommodations for your vacation while in Cape Town.
The location of these luxury villas covers many of Cape Town’s most desirable locations along Mouille Point, Sea Point, Clifton and Camp’s Bay with some amazing views of the Atlantic ocean. Villas can accommodate between 2 and 12 people with options close to the beach, mountains and swimming pools.
My villa was located at 39 Beach Road in the neighborhood called Mouille Point. This sea-front area was really quiet with joggers out every morning enjoying the ocean air. A chance to live and interact with locals in Cape Town.
Cape Town Stadium was a few minutes down the road. The V&A waterfront was a quick 5 minutes via UBER. City Bowl, Table Mountain and Camp’s Bay were all also within 15-20 minutes drive.
Several upscale restaurants in the neighborhood, including Lily’s and Bobo’s Brasserie, offer great dining options after a long days touristing while close to your home away from home.
The Scene
On arrival, I was greeted by one of the staff of Sea Sky who walked me through the apartment.
This two bedroom apartment was on a higher floor for uninterrupted views of Table Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
The open planned living area allows for groups to enjoy cocktails, dining and entertainment in the living/dining area. The apartment is decorated with local artwork and all the touches of home.
A full kitchen with modern appliances also makes it great to make dinner on site. A back pantry also provided washer/dryer for laundry catch-up on your trip.
Speedy wifi allows you to watch movies or checking on anything online.
My favorite part was the open windows with those views at sunset. Sitting on the window seat enjoying a glass of wine for a sundowner is a must.
Security
The villas have security in mind with underground parking. The front building door requires both a key and a fob to enter.
The individual apartment had two doors for entry and interior windows are barred. The exterior windows were high enough up for no bars and clear views of the ocean.

Private villa rentals offer many perks while on holidays including more space, full kitchen and private areas for large groups. This also gives you an opportunity to see local life by living in residential neighborhoods.
Sea Sky Villas offers villas in some of the most attractive neighborhoods in Cape Town to accommodate small to large groups in luxury style.
